Holtek HT75xx-2 TinyPower™ Low Dropout Voltage Regulator New Product Release
With the features of extra low quiescent current and high input voltage specifications, Holtek is delighted to announce its new TinyPowerTM low dropout regulator series, the HT75xx-2 as an extension to its already released HT75xx-1 device series. In comparison with the output voltage accuracy of ±3% in the HT75xx-1 series, the new HT75xx-2 series now encompasses an upgrade in output voltage accuracy to ±1%. These power control improvements now provide product designers with even more ideal power solutions for enhanced products. The maximum output current of the HT75xx-2 series is 100mA. Holtek’s technology, with a requirement of only 2.5uA quiescent regulator current, provides significant advantages in extending battery life for portable product applications. With their maximum input voltage of up to 24V, these LDO devices will have a far and wide range of applications.
The HT75xx-2 series devices can be used in a diverse range of portable and other applications which require high output voltage accuracy such as motorized tools, measuring instrumentation and medical products etc.
